These guys are great especially Joe! They seem to know their stuff. I definitely will continue to do business with them. A good thing I brought the part to show them. Switched out the leaky diverter valve. Fixed my issue. My intuition was that I should have bought the hot and cold valve as well. Bringing those parts in to show Joe again since they look different from the diverted valve cartridge. Went back the next day, this time spoke with Jose. Very patient! He got me the right parts for the hot and cold shower valves. Worked a like a charm.

After a really bad experience at Green's Supply in Frisco earlier that morning I got double lucky. I first found Mark's in Carrollton. Then when I walk in I met and was helped by a man named Joe Lewis. This guy is the bomb. His boss needs to know what he has got here. I have owned businesses in Texas for 43 years. Joe has 23 years of service in his industry and his attitude was still excellent. You can read on the review I left on Green's about how they tried to sell me an $81 complete fitting when they claimed they don't carry the twenty cent rubber seal washer that needed to be replace on my Sloan flushing unit atop the toilet at work. Not Joe, he got the part and told me it was twenty cents and I said in that case give me ten of them. This man knows how to treat people and how to make you feel welcome and want to come back. Green's was a dump and all you want to do is leave and not come back. I should have read and heeded their other reviews and kept looking until I found Mark's and Joe. I will send all the builders and other business men I know to Mark's from now on. And their owner should give this guy a raise. Yes, all of this over a twenty cent part. But it says it all and it's about customer care. Mark's has it Green's does not.
