SIMPLY OUTSTANDING! My fiancée and I noticed water coming out of the side of the wall and immediately thought the worst. We panicked after calling around and getting several quotes our home is a year old and we didn’t think we would be putting in money into repairs so quickly. David G. Came out to our home and quickly figured out what was causing the leak and then repaired it. David was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! He quickly repaired the leak and gave us pointers as to how to keep a better eye out/prevent this from happening in the future. Moving forward we will only recommend Cathedral Plumbing of Texas to our friends and family simply because of how GREAT David was! Thank you so much for helping us!

My experience with Cathedral Plumbing was great! Brandon Harrison came out late in the evening due to a clog in our main sewage pipe. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the possible causes and early signs of detection. He exceeded my expectations! Highly recommend.

The plumber sent was experienced and got the job done. Although he was quite mean. He spent most of his words belittling me or trying to humiliate me? I'm not sure why, it was very strange opening the door to be insulted for about 20 minutes. Luckily the job didn't take too long and the response time was quick. :)

I had a main line clog that was backing up sewage into my shower. We called Cathedral because our home warranty used them. Brandon H. showed up and he was so kind, professional, and did a fantastic repair. He was thorough from start to finish with explaining the problem and how we would address it, to fixing it properly and then showing me what he had done through the drain camera and finally cleaning up not only his materials but the sewage mess for me. I was so impressed and appreciative of him and his work.

Brandon Harrison is fantastic person. He know his job much better than anyone. Absolutely love to give him 5 stars and even more. I can’t thank him enough.

David was absolutely amazing! He was super professional & even amazing with my 2 year old. He found problems out that we never even knew existed and other plumbers probably would have never found

Cathedral did the plumbing on my house (5 years old). There is a leak in the upstairs bathroom causing the ceiling on the first floor to sag. When I called they let me know it would be a week before they could come out. Poor quality of work and poor customer service. Use them at your own risk but be prepared to have a more professional company come and fix their mistakes.

I have had the unfortunate fate of dealing a lot with Cathedral Plumbing . They are the plumbers who did my New house and also respond to warranty calls . We first had leak in a faucet , it was replaced but the handles were not installed , i could not do it myself since it uses a special screw . I have had to deal with them on another occasion , this time it was not their fault ,the tech they sent was good . The other issue i had with them is my water meter box is not installed correctly . it does not sit flush in the grooves of the pipe like it needs to . I am unable to install my smart meter correctly and it also floods the box with water from irrigation .

Dennis Rawlins a support manager reached out to me and apologized and promised to correct the issue . He sent a very friendly tech Brandon who fixed my issues . It was 15 minutes of worth of work and we both are happy . I would not hold one experience against them . so updating my review . Since the support structure works like it should .

These guys did the plumbing for my new home and apparently not a good job at it.  Also have a drain backed up in our new home they installed and flooded my laundry room.  Poor quality of work and still waiting for them to arrive to fix it.  They were supposed to be out last night, never showed and never called that they would not arrive.  Called this morning and they told me between 8 and 12, never showed up and now they are telling me it was really 12-5.  Just a bunch of lies from this company who are not concerned about their workmanship or actually taking care of their issues. Steer away from them at all costs if you can.  Be wary of any builder who uses them.
