I Needed a custom water source added to my basement. I contacted Marines Plumbing after thorough online research. Fantastic experience from start to finish.  We actually had electricians from another local company in the house when Kyle came and he was the absolute antithesis of what our experience with them was like! Professional, candid and competent.  He explained everything in a way that made sense and we are so grateful we plan to do any future work with marines because our experience with him was so great!

Great plumbing service, pricing seems normal,  and Brandon is super!  Thanks Brandon!  However, avoid for electric.  Scheduled electric service for the same time window, and schedule was confirmed.   Electric was a no-show, and no one called to give a heads-up.  I called them near the end of the 4 hour service window, and was told it’s not gonna happen today or tomorrow and how about next week.  Maybe a safe bet for plumbing(?) , but avoid for electric unless you work from home and have a flexible schedule and non urgent electrical needs.

The plumber came out to fix a clog in the main drain at my 90 year old father's house.  He tried 3 different snakes and tried his hardest but was unable to clear the line. The pipe had to be cut, drained and cleared, possibly due to tree roots. Since this was a rental property the landlord said he would have someone else out to do that. Long story short I paid over $800 and the problem wasn't fixed. I understand the time put in but seems like a lot of money for something not fixed. I guess he could have stayed a little longer and cut it and repaired it since I am not sure how much extra that would have cost but at least if would have been fixed. I feel like paying that much money and not having a fix was overcharging.

I was never quoted a price until the end and even when I called the main number they asked to hold my credit card until the final charges were determined. You can imagine how shocked I was when I heard the price.  If I knew it was over $800 and not promised to be fixed I would have declined the service.

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 20 STARS!!  Our house had unreliable polybutylene plumbing and when Dan came to repair a leak he recommended a whole house re-pipe using the product I had already determined was the best.  Eric was quick and efficient with a leak before we began the whole house re-pipe.  In the office, Alexandra quickly dispatched Dan and Eric to fix the leaks.  Alexa was awesome handling the re-pipe schduling and payment.  Kenny, Dalton, and Tim did a great job beginning the re-pipe project.  Patrick, Dalton, and Alex were truly outstanding through completion.  Their professionalism, attention to detail and courtesy were truly above and beyond normal customer service.  They are great people!  I hope I don't have any other plumbing catastrophes but if I do, I know who to call.  Well Done Marine Services Co.!

Barry for electrical repaired a blown out receptacle, he also did magic by using 1 lead wire from the initial six legged wires, lol. He is friendly, professional & explained what was found & to repair it. Pricing is great, received a military discount. I will be using marines services for future electrical work and I encourage you to do the same. Prior to arrival I received a text & email with a photo of Barry, great. I highly recommend him & company especially to support fellow veterans. Note* A marine is a marine, not ex marine

I always use Marine Plumbing when we need help with plumbing issues. This time our front yard hose bib was leaking and they came out to replace it. Andrew did a great job and was thorough in making sure the problem was fixed.
