  Don't be fooled! Great first impression but poor follow through. Missed scheduled cleanings with no call or e-mail. No follow up. Poor attention to detail and did not do a good job. I had to cancel our contract for failure to perform per proposed scope of services. They did not show up to claim their property or return keys, etc. for our building.

  I don't know that I've encountered worst customer service. Their answering service is the WORST, I'm not sure who they use, but I would release the of their contract immediately!
