  Mr. Marcoux returned my phone call the same day even though it was a Sunday. Because it involved a heating situation he was at my house at 7:30 the next morning. He discussed my issue and options on the repair and then took care of it very quickly. He was also courteous and considerate. I will definitely call him for any future plumbing and heating needs.
