  Went to Home Depot in Waterville today. First off I want a wooden screen door. Big super store like that, no problem right? Wrong, they had like 2 - and only 32” at that. Ok change plans, went to grab some salt for my water softener. Stood in line for a few minutes but place was busy, 6-7 people in line, no actual cashiers, only self check out, and one of those machines was down. Big box, big thumbs down !

  Just walked around the store for like 45 minutes. Trying to find out if you have generators. Talk to three customer service people. What a bad experience all due to poor customer service.

  the phone tree is ridiculous .... one transfer to another and nobody has a clue as to what is going on .... ordered windows for home depot to install and they measured them wrong so the contractor had to measure again and return the wrong windows and order the correct size .. 2 weeks later and still no new windows and nothing from home depot either ... this is uncalled for and I am not a happy camper at all ....
