  The sales staff aka Benny will tell you anything to make a sell then when it comes time to do what he said he will totally drop the ball. You will literally want to pull your hair out dealing with these people. Save your sanity shop elsewhere.

  After waiting pretty good amount of time for a part that cost as much shipped to me as the part cost itself from one of their other stores, I complained that the part was not machined correctly and did not thread together as it should. I was told that that was unfortunate. They did not accept reordering the part nor would they reship a part. Buyer beware. Lowe's doesn't have half of the knowledge that these guys have nor can they get half of the parts that these guys can get however if there's a problem Lowe's is always willing to take it back.
