Called Mac’s with a sudden emergency and leak. They responded in just a few hours, fixed the issue. They were actually EARLY for the appointment (who does that anymore?), charged exactly what they stated for the repair. I then hit them up to do a few other things that we’d been meaning to do- main water shutoff valve replacement, and to repair a slow-running faucet. They did those as well- we were very pleased with the professional quality of their work- they were clean, polite, efficient. The bill was both reasonable and what we expected it to be. I’m saving their number in my phone and will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

I found Mac's plumbing via Google and can attest to all the positive reviews and accolades. I had a faucet repair and Milton was extremely knowledgeable, kind and explained how he went about repairing everything so that I myself was informed. During my appointment, Milton also noticed my toilet was making a strange sound (which I was already aware of and have been wanting to get checked out, but have just been putting if off) and volunteered to take a look. Lo and behold, I no longer have that strange sound. :) Following my appointment, Milton also followed up to check-in and ensure everything was going great with the repairs. Stellar customer service. I will definitely be using Mac's plumbing again and have already provided Milton's information to family and friends!

I found Mac plumbing on Google. I spoke to Milton on the phone and asked him if he could repair my rental property toilet flush in Springfield, VA. I live in Frederick, MD. He was very nice, punctual and professional. I was very pleased by his fairness and professionalism. I asked him if I could wire him the money online for his services and he agreed. Every thing went smoothly and I didn't even meet him in person for the first service. 2nd time he changed 2 flappers for two different toilets in the same house at that time  I met him in person for the first time. 3rd time I had a leak in the kitchen ceiling and called him he showed up the next day and repaired the leak. I was very happy that he was able to repair the leak in a short notice. I highly recommend him. He is very nice, respectful and professional.

Milton came out to check my hot water heater and evaluate my sump pump after my basement was flooded.  Milton suggested a newer & stronger sump pump which he installed.  I thought I would need a new water heater but after giving a thorough inspection and re-lighting it, Milton said it should be fine.  A new water heater would have cost me about $2k and had he said I needed one, I wouldn't have been the wiser.  I really appreciate his honesty and integrity.  I won't hesitate to call for any future issues.

Milton and his team at Mac’s Plumbing are fantastic! I have used them several times and they have not disappointed me. They are professional and know their stuff. I know that when I call them I can trust that they will find the source of my plumbing problem and immediately fix it.

Milton, his son, and Mr. Mac came out and did an exceptional job on a pipe repair in my home. My main drain line started leaking sewage into the basement, and Milton was quick to respond and repair. Not only did he take my frantic late night call, he came and patched it the very next morning until he could replace the pipe. These guys tore into the concrete floor, replaced the pipe, and patched it all up. They kept the space clean and tidied up all the debris. Great service!

I highly recommend MAC’s Plumbing.

I had a bit of an emergency on a Friday morning when the 50 gallon water heater cracked and leaked water all over the basement.  I called six other plumbing companies and they all said that they would get back to me or that the earliest the could come would be Monday.  Thankfully Milton took the call and was able to come out the same day, despite it being a very busy Friday for them.

Milton and his team at MAC’s Plumbing were able to source and install the new water heater, and remove the old unit within just a few hours. They helped me cleanup the 50 gallons of water that leaked in the basement. They were very respectful of our home and put me at ease in such a stressful situation. Everyone on Milton’s crew was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and they worked quickly to get the job done.  Currently they are fixing the damaged kitchen sink and garbage disposal, as well as a few leaky pipe issues we have been having.

I am usually a harsh critic when it comes to rating service calls because I have had bad experiences in the past. I honestly could not think of a single complaint.

I was very impressed with their service and I will be using them in the future/referring them to others who who have plumbing needs.  Thank you Milton, Malcolm and the team at MAC’s Plumbing!

I can’t recommend Mac’s Plumbing at all. Milton arrived late, but didn’t call ahead saying they would be late. It got worse, they didn’t fix the vibrating sound the cold water pipe was causing, instead they replaced the valve on the hot water pipe. Not surprisingly, it didn’t fix the problem and the sound is still there. Milton was supposed to unclog the bathtub and replace the stopper. He did the first, but the stopper was a manual one, not the type that uses the switch to move the stopper up and down. The prices seem a little high, probably inflated then reduced if they did more than one job. Lastly, Milton refused to stand behind his work, suggesting fixing the hot water valve was enough. It wasn’t.

The slight hammering of the cold water pipe you were hearing that we did not hear was being cause according to you after you replaced your own faucet. The hot valve was replaced due to leaking. We quoted you upfront pricing before commencing any work including the hot valve. As far as the other work, we presented the material and type of drain stopper we would install and pricing and you agreed. We reached out to you to see what the problem was and you said you wanted the cold side Vale installed for free on a Saturday. We stand behind our work 100% but we cannot give away free work after giving you 15% off. We are sorry we could not meet your satisfaction.
