They always had old plumbing fixtures and parts in the stocks.

Extremely knowledgable and friendly staff. Mark walked me through exactly what I had to do to replace my spigot— step by step with details. I was shocked honestly...  A night and day difference from my Home Depot experiences.

I was able to find the part I needed when no one else had it. They have a great, freindly staff who are knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you have. Although other stores are much closer I will be coming here for plumming needs going forward.

WoW!!! The employee Lance here went above and beyond as far as being helpful is concerned. I came here for the 1st tine the other day after being referred over by standard plumbing to find a stem for for my shower valve and Lance found one and knew exactly what it was and I didnt have to explain anything (he already knew) and he taught me a bunch of new things about the install and my project. He didnt have to take the time to expalin everythibg so nicely. He could have just sold it to me and sent me on my way but my project was a success thanke to him. Please give him a raise or at least buy him lunch lol he ROCKS!!! Thanks again Lance.

I needed a shower valve to finish and renovation on my bathroom. Lance was super helpful called around until he found one for me and then ordered it in and had it the next day. He was fantastic in his customer service and I appreciate what he did.

Never failed! M-One continues to come through in those moments when you feel there are no other options or answers. Year after year I can always count on M-One to have my much needed specialty part.

I agree with Jacob because the same exact thing just happened to me. Picked up a faulty part and they think I should call Moen to complaint about it. This will be the 1st and last time I do business with M-One. In the business that I own, we jump on the phone to speak with the manufacturer to get this kind of situation squared away, we do not ask our customers to make the phone call. Plus who has the time of day to be dealing with defective parts when it's in regards to a leak. My business has parts tested before selling them to customers when they are ready to purchase them, M-One stated to me that they don't do that. This is terrible considering someone could be dealing with a serious situation in their home. My opinion of course but this is how I've been running my business for 8 years now.

Open to the general public, they have outstanding customer service.  The employees were able to quickly and easily identify old faucet cartridges that needed replacing. On a separate visit, another employee was willing to take the time to identify some generic twist stoppers, including opening new parts to see if the old one would fit. Prices were comparable to  big box stores, but with actual, helpful service.

This place has everything you need and if they don't they will find it for you.

This was the 4th store I visited after trying to find replacement shower handles myself. I brought in the broken handle and a picture of the stem and was given a replacement that worked. Should have stopped here the first time! Really friendly service and the handles look like they are good quality for a great price.
