I am very grateful for Nathan at Drain Buster. He came through and was very professional, clean, and straightforward. Stayed after hours on a Friday night.  Definitely put our needs first. Would recommend to friends and family.

Quickly and professionally made the requested repairs, plus pointed out and repaired a few other issues.  All except the faucet repair was covered under my home warranty and that was very reasonably priced.  Very satisfied and would recommend.  I have used three plumbers since moving into this place and these guys are the only ones I would call again.

I had a leaking/corroded pipe coming into my hot water storage tank.  Nathan was very responsive and came out within a few hours to diagnose the issue.  He was able to replace the needed parts and repair my issue in a very timely manner.

I found him to be prompt, professional, friendly.  He did quality work at a very fair price.

I will use him/DrainBuster again in the future as needed.

Old Republic Warranty company set me up with Drain Busters. I coordinated with Nathan primarily.

It took multiple phone calls and texts to get the work order correct. They had to reschedule 3 times. They completed the work and demanded cash payment immediately, via multiple calls and texts while I was at work. Just unprofessional in that respect.

They worked on my washer, apparently didn’t reinstall it correctly therefore created flood damage in the laundry room when we used it for the first time a few days later. They Denied liability entirely, left me holding the bag on the damage. Despite the so called ‘warranty’ on the work.

They also installed a brand new toilet and flange which I need to have looked at because the toilet rocks side to side and there are bubbles in the toilet bowl water and a raw sewage smell. Indicating it’s not sealed properly.

I obviously can’t recommend this company. And I wish things had gone smoother start to finish. I would not be writing this if they had offered to correct the issues, which did not exist prior to them performing the work.

Nathan from DrainBuster helped us solve an issue where 7 of 9 brand new traps were leaking.  He was very cost-conscious, professional, skilled and responsive.  Ultimately, rather than replace and re-install, he removed and re-installed those 7 traps but did so at a much higher skill level than the original installing plumber.  Nathan and DrainBuster are now in our contacts as our preferred plumbers in Park City, UT.

Our home warranty sent this company out and they sure scraped the bottom of the barrel for this one!

I did all communication and the initial evaluation with Nathan. The first red flag was when he had me on the phone, he actually tried to talk me out of having them come! Our water heater had flooded into the carpet so I’m not sure how we could avoid having this fixed?

He then proceeded by giving me a quote for an insane amount of items prior to even seeing it. When I tried to conference my husband into the phone call, he wouldn’t let me. I felt like he was completely taking advantage of the fact that I didn’t know what was and wasn’t needed.

After finally getting through to him that I needed him to come out regardless of cost, he agreed and conveniently had time due to “cancellations” even though he had told me prior how busy he was.

Once he arrived and had done his inspection, I again tried to include, this time, my father in law over the phone and he again tried to stop me. I included him anyway. He conveniently added more things that needed replacing once he was off of the phone with us.

He included things we didn’t need, told me I could just help him carry the new water heater in and the old one out so he didn’t have to have another person come and talked to me like a 5 year old - continuing to ask “You understand?”. We ended up having home warranty send another company out. I would rather live with no hot water than ever give this company my business.

I will give him credit that there was a lot that needed to be brought up to code and I wasn’t naive to that. I’m happy to pay for that, but was able to efficiently do that with another company for $200 less.

If there were an option to give no stars, I would.

They caused over 10K in damages to my house and never finished repair.

My home warranty had these guys come out for a simple water heater replacement. Granted there were a few problems with the water heater but while they were working on it they went up to a higher floor in the house and flooded my kitchen sink causing more than $10,000 in damage. They then proceeded  try to lie and blame it on my husband who wasn’t even in the room at the time. They never offered to cover any of the repair and just told me to take out an insurance claim.

To top it all off they decided that a simple water heater replacement was too difficult and left me hanging and refused to contact the home warranty so I could get a different plumber to come out.

I ended up calling a different plumber who took care of it in about three hours. Save yourself the headache and $10,000 in damages by hiring absolutely anyone else.

Drainbusters are my go to whenever I need plumbing help, and they have helped me with a lot. From adjusting water pressure and replacing fixtures to clearing a backed up sewage line and replacing a toilet. Nathan and Robbie are always responsive, courteous and competent, and their prices are much lower than many of their competitors. They were fair and honest with me. I highly recommend them!

I needed a water heater, the day I called is the day it was replaced. They also gave me the best price I could find. Very informative and clean the tec was a very nice person to work with. I had them out on another occasion to fix my toilet. I believe a child put a toy in my toilet and flushed it. Drainbuster came out right away and cleaned out my toilet. Haven't had any issues since.

Nathan was awesome he was fast and efficient, and had a tone knowledge. I will definitely be using him again if he is available if I need him.

Prior to coming out to my home Nathan called to confirm both the time and convenience for me of his scheduled arrival. This is when my trust in him was established. The respect given for my time definitely showed me that I was dealing with a professional company and individual. Once he started working I became aware of the quality of his workmanship as I saw the attention to detail he gave to all aspects of the work he performed.

Taking everything into consideration; the trust established, the respect shown for my time, quality workmanship, and the value / price for services rendered I found it very reassuring that I had made the right choice in selecting Drain Buster Plumbing.

Our water heater went out and our home warranty assigned us to Drainbusters. Most plumbers were booked out over a week or more. I made an appointment with Nathan and within 24 hours Robbie was out to our home diagnosing the problem. He found several other issues that needed to be fixed that would be covered under our warranty. We had our water heater installed, all other issues fixed and our water up and running within 48 hours of our first initial phone call. I was really disappointed with my home warranty company, when they finally got me hooked up with DrainBuster...with some delays Nathan came in and went straight to work.  This man was remarkable as he addressed my problem on how the last company worker on my hot water heater setup.   Nathan attack it with a mission, that he made easy access to everything inside of a small space.  He was pleasant and took great pride in his work.  Unfortunately I forgot to give him a tip for his fine work.

Excellent work and service. They came to our home to   replumb our water lines and relocate drains in the basement cement floor for our remodel in our bathroom. Our home was built in the 50s and the pipes we’re cast iron and very confusing. They did an amazing job correctly and efficiently re-piping our waterlines and drains. The cost was actually much smaller than we had planned for. I would recommend them to everyone.

My home warranty company assigned my work order to DrainBuster. My warranty company informed me that DrainBuster would contact me within 4 business hours to schedule an apt. When I had received no call 1 business day later, I called DrainBuster to schedule the appointment (this call was Tuesday afternoon). Robbie told me that they were scheduling for Thursday and I would receive a call back with a time-window during which to expect the visit. I thought this was great, until Wednesday and most of Thursday both pass without a call or a visit. I called Thursday late afternoon and was told by the person who answered the phone that he was with a customer and would call me back in 20 minutes. Thursday evening and most of Friday passed with no call. I then called my home warranty company and requested the service ticket get reassigned to a new contractor. The following week, I received an call from DrainBuster concerning the fact that I canceled the service call with them. When I tried to explain how unprofessional their communication had been, they hung up the phone. I cannot speak to their quality of work, but their communication with their customers needs improvement.

Edit: After posting this review, I received a call from Nathan who was professional, listened to my description concerning the past week, apologized and informed me that he and his team would work to improve their communication in the future. For this reason, I increased my rating because I think this reaction shows dedication to improving their business.

Nathan was kind, professional and knowledgeable about his craft.  The water heater is repaired and working perfectly.

I don’t even know where to begin. I’m giving a one star because no stars isn’t an option. Robbie is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever done business with. Nathan is the only reason anything even got done. Robbie was extremely rude and argumentative with both myself and my husband in our own home. At one point he threatened to leave mid job because my husband was concerned about the cost being higher than what was originally quoted and Robbie was upset because according to him apparently he doesn’t make any money off home warranty calls (which is something the company negotiated with our home warranty). Nathan finally calmed him down and they finished the job. We ended up paying just under $500 out of pocket for stuff our home warranty apparently didn’t cover. When I asked for an itemized list of everything Robbie yelled at me and said that’s not how it works I need to pay him first. Robbie was telling me everything they did and told me he did a bunch of work for free and that if I wanted the itemized receipt he’d get it for me and I could pay for everything they did if I wanted to pay more than what I was quoted. While explaining all the work they did I interrupted him to ask a question he yelled at me “ma’am let me finish I gave you a bunch of free work”. Keep in mind they had come out the week before and looked at it and quoted me at that time. Nathan did eventually send me an itemized receipt because Robbie didn’t know how to and refused to. Also we were without hot water for 2 weeks because they kept pushing the appointment back. Hands down Robbie was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. You don’t yell at someone in their own home when they are trying to pay you.

Drainbuster is my go-to for any plumbing issue. Top quality work. Speed. Great customer service, and the most fairly priced plumber I have come across. We have hired Drainbuster (Nathan and Robbie) for three different jobs. For two of the jobs, we received multiple bids from others plumbers. Nathan always gave us a thorough assessment of the problem and a fair price. Their bids have always been more than reasonable and consistently lower than others who had also misdiagnosed the problem.

Drainbuster is also willing to take on hard jobs. We had a few plumbers decline work or give huge bids because of access issues they didn't want to deal with. Drainbuster took the job and handled the access issues easily and charged a totally reasonable price.

They move fast and do top notch work. True plumbing experts.

I went through Elevate Home warranty, so let me start with the positives.

DrainBuster Plumbing was able to get out to my location for repairs faster than any of the other plumbers. We had been without water for 5 days, so we really appreciated them being prompt.

The home warranty covered the cost of the water heater, and the water heater installation cost, but even after all of that our "out of pocket" costs came to $600. We needed an expansion tank, drain pan, and earthquake strap. When I asked for an itemized bill or receipt before payment I was told that I would have to call after paying to get a receipt.

I asked for a rough breakdown of costs, it was $200 to install an expansion tank. I looked up the model of expansion tank that was installed and it was a $30 tank. We also had a tee off of of our hot water heater for water line to the fridge, and we were charged another $200 for that tee even though it was already there to begin with. I know that professional service has costs associated with labor, but considering the warranty covered the hot water heater and the install, the extra add-ons should not have added up to over $600.

Try to get a quote and shop around, even if going through a warranty company. You don't want to be surprised with a bill like we were. I could have replaced the water heater and done all the plumbing myself for the cost of the "out of pocket" additions.

We still haven't received a receipt for our payment, or a final breakdown of the costs. At least we have hot water.

Put in a service request this morning, and had the guys here by 1 pm.  They identified the problem immediately and got to work.  They also asked a couple times if there was anything else, and low and behold I forgot about the toilet that won't quit running.  Not even a couple of hours later, both were fixed!  Thank you for the great and professional service!

These guys are fantastic! After 6 weeks with no hot water while we were fighting with a dishonest, overpriced company, these guys came out, gave an honest evaluation, and had us up and running as soon as they possibly could. They were quick, efficient, honest, and fairly priced. We will absolutely be using them again!

Robbie is an excellent plumber! Super professional and saved the day for us. Bathtub wouldn’t drain and he fixed it just in time for next Airbnb guests. Would highly recommend working with Robbie and Drainbusters!

Received a call on Monday to schedule next best time to come out and inspect / troubleshoot my water heater. My home warranty company assigned them to provide the services when I put in a work ticket. A guy Robbie tells me he can come this Thursday between 1-3. I explain to him that this means I have to leave work at noon (3.5 hours early) so I can be there for him during that window. This also requires me to take vacation time from work, which he also acknowledged. Thursday afternoon at 2:30 rolls around, and I'm wondering why I haven't heard anything.... I try calling his number several times which immediately goes to voicemail (no VM greeting either). Also try calling the office number numerous times as well, again to no avail. I finally text Robbie and asked if he was still coming, to which he responded: "Sorry I had to take a flight please call the office for further scheduling." Needless to say, I called my home warranty company and said please send someone else I do not wish to do business with people who are inconsiderate with other's time.

Nathan was great! He came out and replaced out water heater within 24 hours of our call. Very nice, professional and helpful!! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!

They took forever to fix my leaky pipe and took them a month of me calling and calling to get them to come fix it after the first time they just tighten it with a pair of pilars and charged me for it 75 dollars, and it was still leaking and another three weeks went by and they finally showed up cut a hole in my wall and then said they need to cut another hole somewhere else and they talked bad about the other customer and they only really want to fix water heater because that’s where they make their money... I will never use them again ever

Its been nearly two weeks since I contacted landmark about my leaking hot water heater and was assigned these guys, yet it's still not fixed. It took 4 days to get in touch with them to begin with. They scheduled an appointment with me twice to come look at it and no showed both times. They then showed up without notice to inspect it, said they would get back to me in a day or two to schedule repairs. That was nearly a week ago and havent been able to get in touch with them since.

Nathan is so awesome! He squeezed me in within 24 hours of giving him a call. He was on time and very kind! He quickly identified the issue and replaced our garbage disposal. Would highly recommend!!

The tech from Drainbuster was direct and honest. We had a mainline issue and he came through with the correct problem shooting; had two other plumbers out and both times did not fix or diagnose correctly. What he said he needed to do and the cost of the job did not change as it does so often with service companies. Great work and dependable. We will refer them to everyone we know.

Overpriced, charges 138$ for a 30$ part, 75$ for a 10$ part. 65$ for a 13$ part, I mean I understand an up charge but when you start pushing these numbers that's ridiculous.
