  We had sink issues on our non-used bathroom and a broken drain pipe in another bathroom. Luycx came to our home and made all three repairs in one single hour visit. Now all of our sinks and bathrooms are in full working order.

  They came out over 2 months ago with their camera and told us our problem with the pipes by a bathroom and to the septic tank. We were told they would be back the following week with someone who would give us an estimate. Never showed. I have called them many times since then asking about it and was told they are backed up by two months. We were never told when they brought the camera about this. We were also told if we had called this other popular service we would be over charged. Well u all took our money to come out and look but what good did that do us? I told my husband hey lets call who he told us not to call. I felt they were throwing this service under the bus so they could get all the jobs. This service came the day we called. We had to pay again for the camera and we got an estimate that day which was Wednesday of last week. His crew was here Friday and the job was finished Tuesday!!!! Now thats what I call service! Excellent service and the clean up well u couldn't even tell anyone had dug trenches or did a thing! I am so disappointed with luycx because they have always been my to go to plumbers. Not anymore. I will from now call the guy who tells u your troubles will go down the drain. These people get a bad rap by the others out there and I am here to tell u its them who are the ones to watch out for!!!!!!!
