I called these guys out to inspect and fix some things I couldn't fix or fix well after I patched them after the Feb 2021 freeze. There was a leak at the main PVC pipe coming into the house, a leak under the sink of the main bathroom and the master shower only had lukewarm water. The plumber took a look at the first two issues and said he didn't see a leak, and told my tenant that the water 'just doesn't get hot sometimes, even at my house' with the back shower, even though the water in the rest of the house got extremely hot. After the plumber left, my tenant's father noted that there were still leaks in both places.

$143 down the drain. Don't use these guys, at least be a savvy consumer when you deal with them, not professional or thorough. I get that they were slammed during this timeframe but even so they were sloppy and either missed obvious issues or lied to me.

Sent 2 guys out one did plumbing for Dow I don't know if he knew anything about home plumbing.the first time we were on a waiting list over 2 week they were to come back and finish job in husband's bathroom he was without hot water in his bathr. We found someone form AC CO.to come out & found 6 more leaks
which Brazosport plumbing didn't find.
I feel this repair on Brazosport Plumbing was a rushed job & they did not fix our problems.
I would not refer Brazosport plumbing!

Mrs. Paladino, I apologize we were not able to get back to you to finish fixing everything at your house. We were doing our best to get water back on for as many customers as we could at the time. We are still helping people that have no water to their houses. We were swamped with hundreds of calls when the freeze happened and also could not get all the materials that we need. I'm glad you were able to get it taken care of, but for future reference AC companies are not certified to work on your plumbing.
