  Had them replace a 23 yr old furnace. They had to replace some duct work for the new high efficiency furnace and to keep using our existing central air. They got the new furnace installed very quickly and made sure everything was working before they left. They had better quote for the install/furnace by almost $1,000 and a higher efficiency furnace that another company quoted me at an extra $1,600 for the same model. They also have financing available with very reasonable terms to make payments on. Will save thousands on the interest alone. Definitely will do business again with Lunseth.

  My furnace went out in the middle of a 25 degree below zero night, I am in Florida and my temperature alarm on my phone went off . This was a Friday, they were able to replace one part but said i needed a new unit. The alarm went off again in the night on Sunday. They were there quickly but could not fix it again. They had a new unit installed by Monday night. Very professional and responsive. I highly recommend Lunseth!

  Call three consecutive days requesting an estimate for new high effiency furnace. Was told I would be called back each time to set up an estimate appointment, calls never returned. I guess they dont need the 5000 dollars I paid Vilandre to do the work. Pathetic way of doing business.
