I have known Dave personally for many years. I am impressed with his integrity. Not only is he a genuinely nice man, he is a caring compassionate individual. Would not answer phone after hours.  Had to call other furnace service company.  Add stated emergency after hours.

Do not trust them in your house if you arent there. Called in for a service visit on my AC and when I got home they left my front door wide open and I I was missing cash. I dont recomend their service unless you are there to keep an eye on them.

In our attempt to get more information in regards to your claims of theft and negligence on the part of our trusted staff, your abusive language and lack of acknowledgment of having written this review deemed the review itself implausible.

We are a company that prides itself on offering the best in equipment and services.  We stand behind the integrity of our staff 100%.

We recommend that the next time you think you have been the victim of theft you contact the police or if you feel you have received sub par customer service you contact the company directly first instead of spreading misinformation on Google.

Issac was the technician that came out to do a preventative maintenance check on my furnace and fireplace.  He was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a thorough job.  He answered all of my questions.  Thank you!

I recently had David in sales to my home to give me suggestions for a fireplace.   He was a wealth of knowledge!  He explained all of my options and helped me make the choice that best fit my budget and my needs.  He was very accommodating and incredibly courteous and kind!  I'm glad I called Grand Forks Heating!

Had an awesome experience with Dave! He was very courteous and knowledgeable and extremely patient with all my numerous questions despite my call was after hours! Thank you Grand Forks Heating for staffing such a courteous and professional employee! I will not hesitate to contact you again!

Upon receiving notification of the 1 star rating and review that you submitted this morning, we reviewed our projects for the year.  We did provide services at your residence in September, however we were not in communication with you but rather another owner/occupant.

Upon completion of our services, which were in fact a repair of services provided by another company, the equipment was working properly and a report of satisfaction of our services was communicated by the owner/occupant.

We are confused to be receiving this rating/review close to 4 months after our services were rendered and satisfaction was confirmed by the owner/resident.

Nicole was a doll to talk to on the phone. She sent Matt over almost immediately. He told me they wouldn't have the part for my furnace until next week, but if I found it myself, he would install it. I went and got the part, while Matt took out the old part and cleaned my furnace so the blower wouldn't go out again!  Prompt, fast, affordable and honest--never dealt with a more efficient company!
