  I called to ask for some advice regarding a well. The well was being dug by another contractor. Even so, the man who I assume was the owner, took the time to talk to me about it and listen to my concerns. He did give some good advice and I even learned something from him. We talked for about 45 minutes. Great conversation too. I really enjoyed it.

  This is a reluctant review but one I feel I must post. My pressurized well tank quit working on a Thursday afternoon so I called Lowell pump and water to come repair it for me. I talked to the owner and he agreed to send someone out the next morning. The two man crew showed up, replaced the tank all within an hour. As far as the service I couldn't be more pleased but the charge for what they did was astronomical. I needed water and I feel taken advantage of. I checked prices for a 20 gallon tank "which is what they installed and roughly prices where from $150 to $225. I was charged $900 and asked to right the check, not to Lowell pump and water but to the owner. Why is it so hard to find good service nowadays without being price gouged.
