  I have used Edy-Mac for (2) separate issues at this point, and each time they have provided top notch service. The most recent issue took a couple trips to diagnose, but when I called on a Friday morning needing urgent help Phyllis (who has been a pleasure) worked diligently to arrange a schedule that would accommodate our need the same day. In each encounter, everyone has been punctual, professional, and transparent. I am happy to have found a local, fair, and reliable plumber in Edy-Mac.

  I have used Edy-Mac 3 times now, and as long as they are in business and maintain this level of quality, will never use another plumber. From the people answering the phone to the different service men who have come out, they have always been kind and respectful, on time, very professional, actively sought for repairs that saved me money, and were respectful of the family activity that I have had happening at the same time. It's a great group of people and I highly recommend them.

  I've been using Edy-Mac Plumbing for almost 10 years now. Last week we were having trouble with a toilet. The guys came out and found, after quite a bit of investigation, that the stem pipe was sagging causing vapor lock in the toilet. Used a jack to raise the stem pipe and fixed our air flow problem We really appreciate that they kept looking till they found the right solution to our problem.
