  Waited over an hour for them to try and find the patio furniture we wanted when I clearly saw where it was and showed them. Passed by only a few times just saying sorry got stopped by customers. Well I was the customer you was helping at the time should have told the other customer to wait since you was already helping someone.

  Online order for store pick-up was ready according to the email, but apparently the store wasn't ready onceIhadarrivedthere. First, customer service tried to give me wrong parts, then after over half an hour of waiting, with her rude reply that it's not in stock. 3 CSR were interested in goofing around than serving professionally on customers, and 2 on-site managers didn't seem to care.

  Ordered a new kitchen appliance was told they did not know when they could deliver all they said was some time Wednesday. Not even a morning or afternoon. The person standing by to take delivery of my unit told me he had to leave at four. I called the store and someone put me on hold for 23 mins without getting back to me. I hung up. The only reason I use this store is because it’s local not because of the treatment Customers get. Not all staff are like that but the ones who don’t care give the rest a bad name. The Store is still getting a one Star but the man who delivered my fridge was a super Star. The store in the end was not even going to bring my fridge but an employee called me and asked if I wanted it tonight. He put it on his own truck and delivered it. He knows who he is and well done. Again he gets 5 stars the store gets -5
