  Total scammers. They don't tell you they are charging you $100 do drive to your house plus $100 for the first hour minimum. $200 Bill for 20 minutes of work. Horrible lady in the office too! I called to talk to someone about the $100 to drive 15 minutes down the road from the office and told her I would be leaving a bad review. She replied, "It's ok, we're used to it." I mean you know they know they are scamming people when they are used to getting bad reviews. The lady was totally dismissive as if this is their standard procedure to charge $100 for a service call and $100 for the drive. Ugh, I'm so frustrated! May God reward them in kind for their deceiving ways.

  What kind of terrible company does not inform customers of astronomical fees prior to coming out to a person’s house? This is the biggest scam I have ever heard of! Who in their right mind would pay $300+ to have a company come to Lafayette? No one! This information should be clearly stated when scheduling a service. Horrible! I will trash this company for years to come. Also, if a problem is not corrected in one visit, the company should honor the service until the problem gets fixed. This is the worst service ever experienced in any service business I’ve ever seen.

  I can't really rate them yet, but because it had been a full week and they have not called me back I'm going to write a 3 star review. I hope to change this to 5 stars once I make contact with someone and service is performed
