Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. They have always had exactly what I was needing every time I go in there.

Management is rude. Very few employee's are helpful - not familiar with inventory, unable to locate merchandise, lack of basic knowledge expected from hardware store, prices are extremely high. I shop there only out of necessity, to avoid an out of town trip or item unavailable at all other locations in town or in a need it right now situation. When asked, I do not recommend this business.
