  Fastest and best on Hilton Head. I imagine Bluffton the same. Craig was the most professional and articulate plumber I've spoken within 15 years. With a courtesy call of 20 minutes out everybody was happy:) Thanks girls and boys!

  Very unprofessional and rude today when I called to ask about help with some plumbing needs. I’ve used Low Tide in the past, but never again. The person who answered the call was rude and abrupt. She would not let me finish my comment about the work I wanted to schedule. When this economy returns to normal, and rude service providers start wondering where the customers went, it will be their own fault. Find someone else who knows how to treat customers for your plumbing needs.

  Mr. Veneto, I'm sorry that you feel I was unprofessional when I spoke with you about your customer led remodel. I was going to explain why we are unable to take on customer led remodel work, when you abruptly hung up on me. We are currently scheduling out with licensed contractors 4-6 weeks. It has been our experience, that we are unable to keep up with demand or meet customer expectations for their remodels, that is why instead of disappointing later, we are being honest.   Overall a fantastic experience. Their office staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. They charged exactly what they said they would charge, which was very reasonable. The plumber that came out knew what he was doing and was professional. They went out of their way to work us in their schedule. All great, then you consider that we called 10-12 other plumbing companies on or near the island and only 1 other even bothered to return a voicemail requesting service.
