  Where do I start??? They came to winterize our home...found a broken pipe and "fixed" that but left holes in the walls, debris all over and used ALL our towels to mop up the mess and left them hanging in the laundry room-- the best part of this is that they NEVER informed us of the pipe issue as we were gone for the winter! We came back in July to discover this disaster and mess along with mold! They didn't show up as promised when we called for them to come finish the job several times and didn't return calls. We're STILL waiting for a part that "would take a week" a few weeks ago! They are completely unprofessional and unreliable! Don't use this business!

  2 different non-emergency issues were resolved quickly. Knowledgeable plumber, quality service at a reasonable rate. Will definitely be using Lorre for all future plumbing and heating needs. * had to edit my post and reduce my rating. Called and left a message, no reply. Called again and got ahold of someone. Asked questions, texted information and never got any follow through. I guess when they show up, they do a good job.

  Last year our furnace died in the middle of winter they were Johnny on the spot to get a new furnace installed. We also got central air so we spent $8000. Because we got such good service last year we decided to call them again to rip out a shower/tub and put in more shut off valves in the basement. Apparently we are not spending enough money because they said they would be here on Thursday or Friday to look at it then schedule 3 days the next week to do the project. Thursday/ Friday came and went no call no show . So we call them , Oh yeah we will be there Thursday/ Friday and check it out. No show no call. I stop in their place of business and talked to the secretary she said Oh yeah we will be there Thursday/Friday and check it out. Again no call no show.
