Heat went out due to pipes on the roof freezing. Was afraid I wouldn’t be able to get someone out because it was Friday afternoon. Smed’s came out right away and fixed everything for a very fair price. Also, provided a solution to keep this from reoccurring in the future by rerouting the roof pipes to a better location. Will be doing that project in the spring. Will highly recommend Smed’s to anyone looking to have their HVAC work done right.
