  I called them on Monday and the older gentleman I talked to said he would call me back in 15 to 20 minutes. I waited two hours for him to call but ended up having to call him back. I told him what I wanted and he said someone would be there between 8:15 and 9 on Thursday. No one showed up so I finally called him back and he said they might get to it by the end of the day. We had been without a toilet since Sunday. Two young guys finally showed up around two with no knowledge of what I all needed done so I had to tell them once again. They did a superb job of fixing what we needed done. I felt like the owner saw me more of an irritation with the way I kept calling rather than doing everything he could to get my business. The young guys did wonderful job but we will not be using them again. Only reason you got a two star rating is because of the work that was done.

  Jenea, I want to apologize how the situation was handled! It is by no means how we run our business. We do get held up on jobs and due to limited service in most locations, it’s very hard to answer or make calls, which is by no means an excuse! We do have separate crews throughout the day and I try to give them a heads up of the situation beforehand, however most the time when the crew gets out there, the job ends up being completely different than what was called in. I appreciate the kind words about our crew that went out there that day, we pride ourselves on our work skills.
