  My 30+ year old water pump quit working. I went in to Butcher Pump and within 2 hours they were out at my house checking the pump. The pump was bad and they installed a new pump. We had water that day. I was very pleased with their work.

  Good work, bad service. A service call is to come out and give an estimate. Not fix the problem and over bill for parts and labor.
