The crew was professional and polite. They went about the installation efficiently and made no appreciable mess. They checked everything to make sure we were back running smoothly before they left. The crew was very appreciative of the donuts and lunch that we got for them

We had our ac serviced today by James Crandall. He was so professional, thorough , explained everything, showed me how readings on his eye pad, worked cleanly and masked, was on time and made the whole experience pleasant and confidence inspiring! At one point he thought something was off, called his supervisor, and honestly told me he was mistaken. I am so glad we chose to have our service contract with lindstrom, would request mr Crandall again, and feel very good about the whole experience— they were also so easy ti schedule with, and kept me apprised of the appointment time with text and email. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is at least the second time I’ve have Lindstrom come to my house and it continued the trend: extremely thorough, yet quick and efficient. They came to look into a leak in the toilet tank as well as replace an old seized up toilet shutoff valve. Despite difficulties with identifying which water main line was to our home, the job was complete in well under an hour.
