Came for hvac annual check up. Heater was working, even have pictures from tech. He leaves. My family has been without heat since 12/28/21. My inducer motor has been disconnected. I contacted them. Was Told Manager would call back. NO Call yet. See in photos. Working fine! He turned it off, hasn't worked since he left.

Mike did an awesome job running a new service line for us and installing a main water shutoff valve. He was prompt, prepared, courteous and professional! Quality of work was excellent and cleanup was too! We have never been displeased with the service LimRic Plumbing, Heating & Air has given us!

LimRic was a life saver, my wife is now enjoying a hot shower again. The professionals at LimRic made this the most easy painless experience! The dispatcher Victoria was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The technician Tommy was on time, focused and knowledgeable.
