We had the pleasure of interviewing the co-owners of Cullum for a video production we worked together on and it was inspiring to hear about the impact they've had on the local community for many years through the jobs they provide and the emphasis they put on family. Cullum is fantastic! I run a wedding venue that needs very fast assistance when something goes wrong and Cullum is always so responsive and quick to be at our aid. They have had to troubleshoot problems that I think often threw them for a loop and they have always been so helpful and creative and willing to dig in and find a solution. As a property manager,  I currently use Cullum Services for all my HVAC needs.   I have found them to be responsive with good quality work.   They were referred to me by a colleague several years ago and I couldn't be happier.

Had to find someone to qfuickly come fix an HVAC unit at my business. Worked with Lea and she was so quick and efficient in getting a tech out to my business asap. She was so nice and understanding and helpful and I could not be more appreciative of the wonderful customer service we received from this company!

Don't give them the pleasure of wasting your time and resources. I booked a service call over a week in advance and was told I would be the only person on the schedule for the day and that the technician, Andy Spell, would be there early in the morning.

To make a very long and annoying story short, I had to call them all day to find out at 3:00pm that they were not going to show up. Then, they never called back to reschedule after stating they would call back in just a moment.

There are a lot better service companies(and technicians) in this town, don't waste your money on these rude idiots.

I personally have never had to use Cullem but my father is one of their lead technicians. They are an amazing company. Most of the guys do an amazing job!

Had someone come out to give me an estimate to install a commercial exhaust hood. I had all of the equipment except needing duct work. Was told that I'd receive an estimate. Called them 3 times and finally was told it's not what they do and they weren't going to charge me for the time. Really?

The dispatcher was pleasant and understood our need.
The technician was awesome, he didn't just say it's fixed sign here. He took the time to explain what was happening and why.
