  Just had Lighthart HVAC leave the house. New pressure switch installed. Quick, friendly service and was very reasonable price. From Ann taking my no heat phone call to Phil's quick arrival to make the repair, they were friendly, helpful and very considerate.

  I will start out saying how thankful we are for DR Kohlman!! We didn't think we could have a conventional A/C because we have hot water heat. In 2006 we put in a system that uses well water to cool. We spent thousands on it initially, then the installer gave us many reasons why it didn't work; too much humidity from all the new paint, too many windows, needs curtains, needs a bigger well pump, etc. Ultimately we spent several thousands more & when that didn't work they wanted several thousand more to add a chiller that we weren't initially told about. Thankfully they aren't in business any longer because they also made many mistakes on our furnace & air exchanger. After all these yrs of suffering & supplementing with a window a/c, I heard an ad for ductless ac so I called DR Kohlman. Doug, with his 30 yrs of experience, told us our system could be converted to a conventional system. They searched to get us a great unit at a good price, then ended up including a thermostat & additional pipe insulation. We have been enjoying it for several weeks while going through some serious heat waves! A nice bonus came in the mail stating our warranty on the coil has been upgraded to five years! My husband & I definitely recommend this company!!

  AWESOME WORK! I saw the facebook ad, I called, was told the price over the phone NO SALESMEN needed to come to my house for a consult. They were on time, called to let me know they were on the way and Lighthart HVAC cleaned the ducts on our house. It was a flat fee. No sales pitch. The Professional who came to the house was kind, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions teaching me about what Hvac systems I have. I will use LIGHTHART HVAC from now on. THANKS ANNE AND SCOTT!
