  My wife and I needed a septic tank riser installed. Andy Harper was recommended by local plumbing company so I contacted him as others in Plymouth Wi area would not do the work.   He's rude, and he refuses to listen to you. His truck is too heavy for driveways and destroys them. He charged full quoted price to fix a problem after taking one look at it and told me he can't do anything for me.
