We called on New Years day after our toilet overflowed. They were very friendly and responsive and did not have a holiday surcharge. The repair technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a wonderful job. He explained what may be the issue and the different costs. He kept us informed as he found and fixed our toilet. He also cleaned and sanitized the area. I highly recommend! They were great.

Service tech arrived on time for appointment that was rescheduled from Saturday; Because previous tech was no call no show. Big hits against Len the Plumber on their “Only way to get a plumber today”. Service was quick and easy fix. Len the plumber pricing was fair for repair work, but service trades are what they are. Service tech is personable and responsive to another needs that may be coming up in the future. Although I did not indulge in the stated work, I will be keeping up with those items. Tech was quite knowledgeable in what seemed to be all areas of my plumbing needs. Will definitely consider Len the Plumber in the future for my needs. Definitely willing to wait if I can get the same tech.

Ken and the whole team were fantastic! We got a few quotes and there were just the perfect price! For brand new home owners being scared of this process of changing pipes and pricing Len the Plumber made things go smooth and easy!! They came within 24 hours explained everything in detail of what the process will be and got it done within one whole day! We cant be thankful enough for the information they provided us and of how sufficient they were! Ken thank you again and the whole team should be happy to have you!
