  Shannon was so great in helping us get our new toilet. She explained the pros and cons about elongated vs. rounded toilets so we could make an informed decision. She was quick and efficient but also took the time to explain that the flange was broken, hence why our previous toilet was crooked and wobbled. I would definitely recommend her and use her in the future.

  Shannon was the best and I would highly recommend. She was in and out within 30 minutes. Super kind, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She will be my first call with any plumbing issues in the future!

  Shannon installed a new garbage disposal for my senior mother. She was very professional, courteous and clear on why it was needed. She scheduled a convenient time, arrived right on schedule, and did an excellent job. Her overall service was an excellent value and definitely 5 stars!
