  I called for a sump pump replacement and couldn't be happier with the service I received. John was very knowledgable about his field and took the time and care to make sure the job was done right and answered any question I had. Extremely quick response time, saved me from a flooded basement. Will use his services again in the future, he can't be beat!

  An hour before they were supposed to come out to do the job, I got a text saying they couldn't do it until they had a credit card on file. I called to give them the information, didn't get an answer, and then got a text that they would have to pass. I don't really understand why.

  John is probably the most honest, stand up trades guy you will ever meet. 40+years experience, knowledgeable, personable and an absolute pleasure to talk to. Beat to hell a Shelby Twp business I had used previously in an emergency for a rather pedestrian job who stroked me major. Plus he's the son in law of an iconic Detroit Tiger player who's legendary ability is embedded in Detroit sports history. See if you can get him to talk about him. Clue: he owned a donut shop in Rochester. Can't recommend Hometown enough, highly recommended!
