  These two electricians are disorganized and do not communicate well. When given an estimate to install a 20 amp we had the work done. It was estimated 50 to 70. I understand it is not exact but if the fee changes let the customer know. We got a bill for 108. When we called this company to discuss they did not pick up or have an available inbox. A letter with the estimated amount and a check for 75 dollars was sent to show intent to pay but a note was added to contact us to discuss the additional charge. We had no intention not to pay. It was a variance in 30 to 55 bucks, and we are very principle bound in that we hold others to their word as well as ourselves. At first the additional charge was explained as a travel fee, we live 7 minutes from their business so when that was stated their explanation changed to 'it was because two workers were present' (the older worker that came to our apt. said not to worry and that we weren't getting charged extra for him being there). Then we were told it was simply industry standard for estimates to be off (could be so which is unfortunate). The conversation between us and the electricians on the phone was heated and eventually came to them accusing us of not paying when we already sent a check and said we intended to pay. (We take issue in not having transparency in 30 dollar charge exactly as they do in having 30 dollar short) but no compromise came. We agreed to pay the remainder and sent the check the next day. Larson electric CASHED both checks and it hit our account. But today we recieved a letter in the mail that said they sent us to collections. That is fraud btw and is serious. So we will dispute this. So to let all know, beware of this company. They will take advantage of you and do not like being stood up to.

  Had them do all electrical work on my man cave. They showed up installed ceiling lights, speakers and fans in no time at all. They also had to run an electrical line to the other side of my house to hook up an AC unit. Long story short they did a bunch of work in a short time for supper cheap. I highly recommend!
