  My rental agency uses Kevin's for their HVAC issues, and I'm glad they do. I will recommend them to everybody. We've been trying to troubleshoot an issue with my heater over the last couple weeks, Replace this and try that, and if not then replace that and try this, which is just how it is sometimes. Especially with an anomaly of a problem that is just rare and unusual. Everytime I've had to have them over they are always incredibly kind, respectful, patient, and professional. They answer your questions, listen to your theories, and do their best to explain how your systems and unit works in a way you can understand. They keep you filled in on what they're doing and why, Just all around a great company with even better employees. I was honestly shocked to see the 4.0 star rating & not a 5.0 star rating, and upon further review of why, I chalk it up to people having unreal and unobtainable expectations. And there will always be people who are not understanding and can't be pleased, with that being said, This is a 5.0 star business without a doubt. Also- I should add that I was born, raised, and have lived in North Dakota my entire life, This is not just your "North Dakota Nice". They truly go above and beyond. So if you're browsing Google looking for a company to call for your plumbing/HVAC issues, Do yourself the biggest favor and call Kevin's Plumbing & Heating.

  Bad with calls and Becca in customer service is the rudest lady and worst customer service person I have ever encountered. She made up a lie about me and yelled at me when I was only trying to ask questions. I have never been treated so poorly and immediately after she called and told my apartment property I was angry. She needs to be fired. Please go find a job somewhere else that pays you for being mean Becca.

  I live in an apartment managed by IMM and the technicians came in and discovered the issue that the management company maintenance technician had no idea how to fix. I wish I could contact this company directly myself to fix any heating and plumbing problems instead of the management company.
