The staff at Larry's were very helpful right from the start. We were explained which options we had available for new furnace and AC, and what each option had as far as the benefits and maintenance options. The space we had with the current system limited us with other companies we sought estimates on, but Jamie was very helpful in coming up with options that would fit in our space that greatly improved on the efficiency of our current system. The installation technicians were very prompt and courteous, and thoroughly explained how the system worked and how to keep up to date on the maintenance. I highly recommend Larry's for all of your HVAC needs.

The repair technician they sent to my house was friendly and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and took the time to explain how the problem developed, what he could and couldn't fix, and what problems I could expect in the future. Since the furnace was old and the part had no part number, he warned me in advance the part would take awhile to arrive (over a week). Once the part came in he was able to install it next day, again he arrived on time and installed the part quickly. He gave me some advice on keeping the system up and running longer, with no pressure to buy a new system.

I had Larry's install a new gas fireplace and new HVAC vents as part of a basement finishing project. They showed up on time and did a professional job, completing everything in just one day. I'm happy with the work they did and the products they installed. I would definitely call them again.
