  Jeff actually talked me through getting my hot water heater restarted and it really wasn't even his problem but he was very helpful. My gas had been turned off while they installed a new gas stove in my kitchen, and the hot water heater was not restated. Jeff walked me through it with my video camera on my phone. He was very patient and thorough.
