  Doug came out to our house to diagnose some trouble we were having with our shower. After looking at it he referred us to a plumber and didn’t even charge us for coming out for the diagnosis. We appreciated his time and professionalism!

  Recent rainstorm related issues caused indoor wetness in our basement flooring and all of the carpeting needed to be immediately taken up and discarded, We did what we could to clean the water and carpeting but it was getting worse by the day.and we really needed help. We called Lansing Handyman Ben explaining this emergency, and within the hour he arrived - providing same day service - and quickly removed and hauled away the wet carpet, leaving a cleaned floor. It is SO much fresher now. and boy did he totally save our day. Thank you so much for your timely, caring, efficient and thorough service!
