Horrible experience from start to finish. What was originally supposed to be an 8-10 day job is still not finished nearly 2 months later. We made the mistake of paying the contractor most of the money up front and they stopped showing up when they were 90% done. We didn't hear from them for over 3 weeks so we officially fired them and asked them to come get their things which they still haven't done. Secondly they hired a subcontractor that spilled fuel oil in our crawl that caused our house to smell for over a month. NOW, every time the sump pump runs it back up into our washer (improperly drained). Poor workmanship, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism have left us feeling disrespected and taken advantage of.
