  Our furnace wasn't working one cold day this winter. Laney's was super responsive and got a service person out to us in an hour. He was fast and efficient and had us up and running in about 45 minutes. While our problem was relatively minor, we were pleased with the response time and the whole experience. Would highly recommend Laney's at the Lakes!

  AC went out! Called for service and they were able to get us in that day! The tech was amazing! He didn't make fun of me for not checking the fuse and he even took some time to show me some of the functions of the thermostats that we were not shown before. Exceptional, thank you!!
