  All went as well as can be expected on my old air conditioner! My technician, Will, was professional and knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problems promptly! One of the parts he needed was not in town but he made sure we were not going to be without air conditioning for the couple of days it took to get the part in. thrilled costumer, thank you!
