  Josh and Max were both efficient and professional young men. They were here on time and took the time to explain how to operate my new gas hot water heater in the event of outage and how to drain the unit. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who asks. Robyn should also be complemented on her service and follow thru. Great company

  Josh and Max were very professional and skilled. Took time to make sure water was heated to proper temperature in mixing valve installed atop new water heater.

  FANTASTIC customer service, from my initial call, to Robin promptly returning my call to Josh coming out the very same day- incredibly professional; Josh wore a mask and put booties on before entering the house and was clear and concise on what he would be doing to address my clogged bathroom sink. I was pleasantly surprised at the affordable pricing and would definitely recommend as well as use this company again! I am over the moon happy! Thank you, Pac West Plumbing!
