  Spencer & Jamie did an excellent job. They took the time to talk with us, explaining what we can do to keep our septic tank running better, as well as tips to save us money. And who doesn't like that! They were on time, communicated very well, and did a very thorough job. We recommend Lake Norman Sewer & Septic Services, and even better ask for Jamie & Spencer, two great guys!

  Unbelievable customer service. It seems impossible nowadays to get as little as a response from any trade or service company. Being in the service industry myself, I know the frustrations first hand. That was absolutely not the case with Lake Norman Sewer and septic! I can’t say enough how refreshing it was when Spencer and Jamie arrived to clean out our tank. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. They will be my go to for any and all septic needs in the future! Thank you Lake Norman Sewer and Septic!
