  Jason was excellent! Came when they said he would. I like that they kept me informed on his arrival. They don’t just throw a 8 hour window at you and then you have wait and wait. While he was here, he saw a potential issue with my toilet, told me about it and we got it fixed right away! I appreciate that because it prevented potential water damage and another service call later! In the end, save us money and frustration later!! He wore shoe covers and cleaned up any mess he might have made. Thank you Jason! Thank you Checkered Flag Plumbing! Their rates are also more then fair in my opinion.! Everyone I encounter, phone and in person, has been great! Don’t hesitate to give them a chance!

  I had the pleasure of speaking with Kristen & Colby. I had an issue with my shower drain and called at least 7 different plumbers to check availability on 12/23. A crazy date, I know. I anticipated not being able to find anyone to help unclog my drain and was ok with that. Then I spoke with Kristen who informed they were doing emergency calls only but offered to check for advice. She called me back with advice from a tech. Then called again to check and see if I was able to unclog and went above and beyond to schedule Colby out right after. Colby arrived and did a thorough check of everything and was able to quickly fix the clog and offer more advice for future upkeep since my home is older. He also listened to my drains and explained a sound that o wouldn’t have noticed being an issue to listen for. I will definitely use them in the future. The service & pricing was amazing. They’ll be my go to from here on out!

  Serviced my Water Heater and installed a ScaleRX onto it. Kristen in the office was great to work with. Colby and Aaron did great work on the Water Heater at a very fair price. I definitely will be using these guys for all of my future plumbing needs.
