Installed a water softener and 2 toilets.  Great service = good price, on time, done quickly, no mess.  We are very happy with Steve and will use him for any other plumbing projects/issues we have.

Excellent service from LKN Plumbing.  I was in a bind when my water heater stopped working.  Steve was incredibly professional and gave me a great price on a new one.  His team came out the next morning at my request and did a great job quickly installing a new one.  Thank you!

Can't recommend Lake Norman Plumbing enough.  Replaced my Water Heater 2 years ago quickly and for a fair price and replaced my Pressure Release Valve and main shut off yesterday for half of what another company quoted.  Thomas and the other plumber who came out were professional and obviously knew what they were doing.  The Owner Steve answered the phone and clearly wants to help his customers.  Go with Lake Norman Plumbing or go at your own risk.

I had a pipe break in my ceiling and had water pouring out of my ac vent. My husband was out of town and it was really stressful. I called about 15 plumbers and Lake Norman was the only that called me back promptly and was able to get here same day. They did an amazing job and were so reasonably priced. Won’t use anyone else in the future!

I’ve use LKN Plumbing multiple times for big jobs. They are always prompt and get the job done quickly and professionally. I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.

We were having issues with our Hot water tank delivering enough hot water to the rest of our house. When I called , Steve answered the phone himself and was giving me a quote for our issue with in a day. Steve was able to replace our  Hot water heater with a Rinnai tankless hot water system( not an easy task based on where our old electric hot water tank was located in relation to our propane tank) Best decision ever especially with 3 kids. He was here the next day and his guys were in and out in 5hours.  They made sure everything was cleaned up and left no mess. Steve called later that night to make sure we were happy with everything. I would highly recommend Lake Norman Plumbing and will use them in the future!

I initially called at 4:30 PM with my hot water heater leaking water all over my garage floor. When i first called it went to voicemail. After a second call a few minutes later, i got the owner on the phone. He immediately referred me to the website to fill out a service request. This was pretty painless, and only took a few minutes to fill out.

After an hour, i got a call saying that the plumber was on his way. The plumber (Zach) and his helper arrived and made quick work of the hot water heater replacement. Attached to my review you will see an example of their work.

The customer service, quality of work,  and parts chosen by Lake Norman Plumbing were all great. My biggest issue is with the cost. After calling around to get additional pricing for other companies (required by my home warranty) it became very apparent that i was extremely over charged. Almost every other company that gave me a quote came back at $800-1300. They charged me $1752. They also pass on a 4% charge to the customer if you elect to use a credit card.

After reading the impressive quantity of outstanding reviews for Lake Norman Plumbing Company, I called to inquire about installing a water softening system. Steve was very knowledgeable and straightforward about the process, the product used, and the cost. His crew came out the next week and installed it as described and promised. More importantly, they did a beautiful job of installing it neatly and carefully. Steve came back to check on the job and make sure we were satisfied customers. And we absolutely are! We highly recommend Lake Norman Plumbing Co.!

Had a supply line burst on my property. It was buried 4 feet underground so not an easy job. Matt, the owner, personally got in there, dug the width of the property and repaired the leak (see pic). Great experience dealing with Matt and his office staff. Would recommend them over the big name plumbing companies if you want to save money and get the job done fast.

i called Steve about 1 week prior to the work being done but I had told him up front we were not in a huge hurry.  His guys came and did numerous things around the house that were the remaining few things we needed done to finish a remodel.  They made some suggestions and  I agreed with their assessment.  I am really glad I found these folks and I am having them come back to talk about tankless water heaters soon.  They were very fair, extremely professional and courteous.  They did not leave any mess and the work looks fantastic.  Its refreshing when the owner of a company actually answer the phone himself.   I cannot recommend these guys enough.
