I called on Monday and they had someone out the next day.  The technician was able to identify and repair the issues on this visit.  Corey was knowledgeable and helpful.  He finished the job in a timely manner.  I will definitely keep this number as I am a Realtor and always looking for someone to help close the deal for buyers or sellers.

reached out to Lake Cook Plumbing because they were rated as a top plumbing service company in Lake county, was not far from the most accurate recommendation i have ever seen. we initially got a quick quote and started the work shortly after, during that time we ran into more problems and had to start a bigger more expensive project another day. upon the start of the second round, and during the fixing of the issues, the service tech called me and told me that the solution was more simple than we assumed, and they were able to get the work done for much less than originally expected. the honesty goes a long way, they are not after just running up your bill and doing work that may not even be needed. they came in with professional opinion, laid out the options and were transparent and honest to complete an amazing job. will be my go to plumber in lake county from now on, don't miss out on this golden resource. #mustshare

I called to get an estimate for rodding out window well drains.  I was specific about what I expected.  Instead of getting a free estimate, it would cost me $50 for someone to come out.  When their plumber came out, I reviewed want I wanted, he said that they would have to bring a camera to look inside the drain to see if it was plugged.  This would cost me $479 and then they would see if they felt they could clear it.  I was told that "If it turned out to be completely blocked, it could get really expensive".  When I said that $479 is a lot of money just to stick the camera in the drain, he replied that they have to pay for the depreciation of the camera, call a plumber out to analyze the picture...  sounded to me like they might not know even after they had pictures.  The estimate was supposed to let me know what the cost would be.  I rejected going forward and tested the drains by flooding them with water from my hose which they handled just fine.  I felt like I was being led on; why wouldn't they have brought the camera to start with?

Had a maintenance check on a battery back up sub pump installed a few years ago by the company which has worked very well.
Very pleased with everything. Very professional. Would definitely use again and recommend highly. Cory was my tech this time. Highly recommend.

We have used Lake Cook Plumbing for several projects this year. We live in an older house and plumbing issues came one after another. We called Lake Cook Plumbing for these issues. Mike and Cory came to our house and provided options for dealing with our problems. The thing that I really appreciated, is that they offered us a low cost option for these issues. Mike and Corey were very upfront with us and offered the most cost effective solution to out problems. WE agreed and have had several plumbing issues resolved over the past two months. As long as you get Mike and Cory, I definitely recommend Lake Cook Plumbing. They really have helped us out during some serious plumbing issues!

Corey was very helpful and answered all of our questions regarding the sump pump and back up system.  He recommended and installed  a system that will keep our finished basement dry, which gives us peace of mind.  We would recommend Lake County Plumbing!

I had a problem with my ejector pit float triggering the pump (water was coming out of the drain) but could run the pump manually.  I called Lake Cook Plumbing to help diagnose the issue.   The plumber basically immediately showed me a quote for $835 without even trying to look into the actual issue.  Looking at the retail price of the pump, it's about $350.  So apparently the labor to install this is near $500, which took less than an hour of work, wowza.   The plumber entered my house without wearing a mask multiple times though he put it on as soon as he got in, but still that made me a bit uneasy.   He made a bit of a mess with the install and did not clean up after himself which was mildly annoying.  And the last issue I had was the pump did not reach the outlet in the ceiling so he just said "you need to buy an extension cord" , so he left my house without actually confirming that it even worked.  I'm satisfied with how quickly they were able to get here and resolve the issue, but I think all of the other issues are enough to deter me from using them again.

I have had a few plumbing companies complete work or do estimates in the several years I've lived here. One was great, but is no longer working in my area. 2nd one was unbelievably expensive and rather creepy to tell the truth.  Lake Cook installed a water heater in 2007 - working great and no issues.  Reasonably priced and installed quickly.
I called them again after #2 plumbing company (has a smiley face on their logo) gave me very little info and a "take it or leave it, cos you're going to call me again" attitude.
Mike was GREAT!  He explained the issue, showed me what was wrong, gave me options and replaced the device quickly and easily.  I got an upgraded device and it was still BELOW the cost quoted by #2.
All done in about 45 minutes!!
Can't say enough good things.  I will definitely call them again if needed.

I would highly recommend lake cook plumbing we have used them 2 times already and they went above and beyond the job that was called for and it was done correctly and efficiently. They are very friendly, informative, and the quality of the work is an A+. They are definitely worth the money to know the job is done correctly. We are hoping that another plumbing issue does not come up but if it does we will be calling this company back.

Very happy with Lake Cook Plumbing.  They have helped me in a tough spot when we had 2 inches of water in the basement with a broken sump pump.  Technician came on a Sunday, installed a new pump and stayed with me till the water left. Since they upgraded me to a dual stainless sump pump with large batter back up and alarm system. Have been using them routinely for all my plumbing needs.

This was the first time using Lake Cook Plumbing after having experiences with some other Large Name Plumbing Companies and one lone proprietor in Lake Zurich.  Was very impressed with every aspect of my experience.  Jeremy the service tech was amazing, knowledgeable, polite and very professional. I was ripped off by Lake Cook Plumbing. My kitchen sink had been clogged
since Friday. I waited until Monday  because I didn’t want to pay extra for weekend or emergency service. I was shocked by the price Mike E.quoted, but I was over a barrel and had to get the work done that day. So for 20-30 minutes of work I was charged $403! I later learned that this was about twice the going rate. I want Lake Cook Plumbing to refund $200. See the many Yelp reviews with the same sad story of vast overcharging. If I get my refund I’ll let Yelp and Google know. Otherwise I’m going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and wherever else I can find.

Total Rip-off… I just need to get  a gas line cut and capped to disconnect the  service for my Gas Grill . They Charged me over $300 … I Would never recommend  this company to anyone .

We have a service agreement with Lake Cook Plumbing and they came out on October 18 to do the annual inspection.

Their technician arrived when expected and was very thorough and knowledgeable in doing the inspection and making recommendations. He also was respectful of social distancing and safety protocols.

We have had Lake Cook Plumbing at our house before to install a new sump pump and backup system as well as to unclog pipes. They do good work and we have been pleased with their service and professionalism.

They installed a gas washing machine and dryer. It was not an easy job done in a tight space. They installed a new sump pump for us and gave us bids and ideas for future jobs that we asked about. You cannot go wrong with this company.

Our countertop company provided us with an extreme subpar plumber to reconnect our kitchen faucet. I figured out fairly quickly that I needed a ‘real’ plumber.

I called Lake Cook Plumbing as they are my go to company. They sent Mike the next morning and he did a wonderful job hooking everything up as needed.

Called to get a sink unclogged. Mike seemed uninterested in fixing it and only quoted a very expensive alternative of tearing out drywall just to add hooks to the pipes, which had already been completed extensively before the basement was finished. He ended up leaving without unclogging the drain and I had to call another plumber to do it.

Got a quote fo $2700 for replacement of hot water heater, main water valve replacement and some pipping work which was double the cost of other companies. Highway robbery. Not sure if they know folks shop around these days. Will never call and waste my time again.

This is the first time we used Lake Cook Plumbing as they had acquired my previous plumber's business.  I had an ejector pump go out and was lucky enough to notice the outage before any damage was done.  Called my old plumber's number early the next morning and got Lake Cook instead.  The person who answered the phone was very personable and competent.  She explained the change of ownership, and described what level of professionalism to expect.  Then they delivered on their promise.  The Master Plumber, Mike E. followed the procedures as described.  He presented himself well, we talked about the problem, he suggested what was required and prepared an estimate.  He was polite, knowledgeable, worked quickly, cleaned up after himself, and then reviewed and tested the repair for me.  He also provided some safety services/observations as part of the service.  It was an excellent experience.  I will use them again.

Nobody ever likes paying for plumbing repair work but today I was gratified to pay these guys.  Jeremy, the tech that serviced my repair today was outstanding!  We discussed the repair, agreed on the price and off he went to work.  He went out for a couple of parts and directly back and had me up and running again in about a couple of hours total for cutting and changing out my 50+ year old galvanized kitchen waste pipe running through my crawlspace.  Jeremy was a True professional and I recommend him with the highest regards!

Our sump pump died today.  Lake cook plumbing was out by us within three hours of our call. Quickly replaced the sump pump. The technician was professional, courteous and clean. Great job and thanks for being there for us. We highly recommend this company.

We've used Lake Cook Plumbing for years and I've always been happy with their work.  We've had Mike E. here a number of times too, and he's always been polite, pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable.  He came out yesterday to fix some faucets that needed parts replaced (I had already contacted Kohler and they had sent the parts, which were under warranty, to me).  So Mike was here right on time and replaced the parts---all told, he was here for less than an hour.  All good, right?  Not quite...
The bill came to $328.43:  177.69 for the "diagnostic" and 175.74 for the actual labor.  I had a magnet from a previous visit that gave us a $25 credit, which helped a little but not enough.  I ended up talking to Steve Shapiro, the owner, about our final bill and he made it clear that in our particular case, the diagnostic charge should not have been applied and he agreed to waive it.  I felt that that was fair and appreciated his willingness not only to speak to me but to rectify my problem.  That kind of customer service is why I will remain a loyal customer of Lake Cook Plumbing.

We bought a new kitchen sink & faucet to have installed. Called these guys to come out & do it for us. They said it would be $1,500 because of a “notch job” done previously. Called some other reputable plumber in Lake Zurich, came out and did it for $500!
Oh and these guys make you pay $50 just to come out for 30 minutes and give you a quote. NEVER USE THESE SCAMMERS.

Lake Cook plumbing replace my pump on Zoller PN53-0001. Mike 1 took my old pump with him,never ask permission for this. Zoller Pump was very noisy, and never stop running. Company send Mike 2 to fix a problem,he fixed s a noise. Actually,Mike 2 show me the problem,that pump is not collecting water to any level. Next day Mike 2 get scared owner and denied his words.They fixed a heavy noise, but pump is running all the time. Company guarantee pump for 3 years, but forget to show warranty on a job-usually 1 year,but not in this company. Jim owner told me to call Zoeller Co. Zoeller is  willing to replace pump,but Jim told them he did not see problem. Now, I file complain to BBB. Today, Zoller Co told me to contact where pump was bought by lake Cook Plumbing and exchange for new one. For my request owner Jim,told me he will contact police about me. Jim told he would not guarantee his pump or job,and I should call another service  and pay again.
Zoller Pump the biggest problem is switch, or damaged-see google article.
I cannot understand why I should pay twice for the same job. Also,my old pump was under warranty and why Lake Cook Plumbing took it from my house.

I called 4 or 5 plumbers and only Lake Cook Plumbing took the time to really listen to me. I had a very specific type of water heater I needed for my residence. Everyone else said we can send someone out to take a look. Lake Cook, listened, understood what I needed, made the order and send Mike out the next day
Mike was great, progressional, friendly,, it was easy to see that he took great pride in his work. He made the extra effort to make sure the job was completed and everything was working great. I highly recommend Mike and Lake Cook for any Plumbing need you may have.

Jeremy S. was extremely helpful and professional in answering our questions about a leaky toilet.  He was very friendly and knowledgeable and fixed things quickly.  Jeremy also provided good info on options for the future if we decide to buy new toilets and gave us an estimate to consider for that purpose.  The team at Lake Cook Plumbing is always quick to respond and they are very reliable.

Mike B came out, crawled through my incredibly nasty crawl space, identified the issue (burst pipe), and then was able to repair it quickly. He confirmed it was no longer leaking and then took the extra time to turn on my water heater, which was what we originally thought the problem was, and made sure it fired up before he left.  The whole time he was extremely friendly and for the amount of work that was done, was very reasonable cost.  I've had Mike do repairs before and it was the same great work.  Mike is not only a fantastic plumber, but is friendly, courteous, and has an amazing work ethic.  If there were more stars to give, I'd give them to him.

Corey provided an excellent level of professional service when addressing the drainage issue we had. He showed up on time, and was very knowledgeable about the problem we were facing. After completing the work in a very efficient manner, he also took the time to walk me through a couple of other projects that will probably require service in the near future. I will definitely recommend Corey and Lake Cook Plumbing to friends and family.

Mike E. did an excellent job of re-plumbing new sinks after a counter installation. There were some problems and Mike gave us our options and told us what he would advise. After the installation he gave us some insight on another plumbing issue and tips on the general plumbing of our house. He showed us all of our shut off locations. Today we had the pleasure of our first experience with Lake Cook Plumbing.  The employee who came to the rescue was Casey Lane.  He was prompt, neat, efficient, pleasant, explanatory, honest, and answered all our questions.  We had originally asked for an estimate on a couple of items that were pointed out to be looked into by a home inspector.  After review by this Professional Plumber, some items did not need to be addressed.  Not only is this company recommended but Casey Lane is highly recommended. When my sump pump stopped working, even before 8 am, I looked for a close-by plumber.  I noticed Lake Cook Plumbing had all A reviews. The receptionist was very pleasant because she greeted me so positively. She set up her earliest appointment at 2Pm.. I told her I could probably live with that because whatever will happen will happen.  A half hour later, she called to let me know Brian was on his way--he finished his last job early.  She sent me a picture of Brian and his credentials.  Brian arrived, asseted the situation, did a plumbing inspection of the water heater and turn off valves, sat down and gave me many suggestions and price ranges what could correct the situation. I chose one; he had to go to the satellite dealer for parts, returned and finished the job.  It was a flat fee and warranted.  When finished, he called me down to explain how the system worked and what I should expect. Brian was personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and worked and sweated hard to finish the job.  My day turned out great knowing I had selected the correct plumber for my needs.

i initially posted a positive review of Lake Cook Plumbing. Unfortunately this changed after my second encounter. I called them back out because there was still a leak where they had done their repair work. This is understandable with old galvanized pipes. I expected then to come address the problem at no charge. Jeremy arrived and was polite and professional.  However, when he called the situation into the boss, Jim, I was told that they have to charge me $49 for the 10 min fix. And I already paid $1300 for the initial work. I asked Jeremy to check again with Jim, because I want you to quote me for a full galv pipe replacement. Jim said the $49 was still required. So Jim lost out on the $49 and the $2500 or more  galv pipe replacement job.

I had a plugged sink. I called Lake Cook Plumbing and didn't have to wait. The person that answered the phone was courteous and professional.  The service technician that came to our home was knowledgeable, clean,  had all the tools needed, and got the job done.  Plumber's are pricey, but if you have to pay for a professional, you want to know they are going to do a good job. I would call Lake Cook Plumbing again.

Extremely responsive - excellent work. Showed up on time and did a pretty quick diagnosis (leaking copper drain line) despite having to go into two different crawl spaces to find. Scheduled repair for the next day, Mike B. brought a helper with and they completed the repairs extremely professionally. Mike spent a lot of time in a tight crawl space and provided photos of the finished work. Took the time to check for leaks, including going back down into that crawl. Highly recommended.

We have called Lake Cook Plumbing for a number of issues. They have come in a timely manner, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them. Our recent call started with overflowing toilet. Luigi responded to the emergency call and temporarily fixed the clog. Then, Casey came out to diagnosis and came back the next day to fix.  On the day the pipe was being fixed, my oldest was sick and I had to take him to the ER. Casey was very understanding. He told me to worry about my son. He would get the pipe fixed and we'd settle up once I was home with my son.  On the professional side, he was great at explaining the problem and how we needed to fix it. We had a gas leak that was detected by Nicor after smelling gas upon entering our home. I called MANY local plumbers and was told they were booked, busy, etc and could not come out until the following day. We were without gas to the house, so it was an emergency to get someone out to get the gas up and running one the problem was fixed. Casey came out within the hour of calling Lake Cook Plumbing, Heating and AC. He was extremely friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Casey and this company for any plumbing emergency.

There was an issue with a previous service call which resulted in a minor leak from the base of the toilet which had to be re-installed to properly rot out the sewer line.  After being furious about this, Lake Cook Plumbing was contacted.

I can't say enough great things about these guys!! After several quotes from other companies, I wasn't happy with type of service I felt I would be getting. When I called Lake Cook Plumbing, they knocked my socks off from the get go. The rep that took my call made sure i was aware of the $49 service fee and how it wouldn't be charged once they started the work. She also made me aware of the online coupon available. The guy came out within the 2 hour window I was given and was so professional and nice. He gave me several quotes. They were right in line with all the other prices I had been given. In the end, I have a new water heater that has a great warranty, a new plumber and I couldn't be happier!

I had a leak that required emergency service. Mike E. arrived within 45 minutes and quickly diagnosed the issue, wrote up the quote electronically, and was able to use some existing parts that I had on hand. He completed the work in about an hour and labeled existing shut offs in the house. Service visit price was somewhat high for the weekend hours, but considering the work was done within 2 hours of the call and I couldn't wait an additional day, it was worth it. I would recommend their services, and will use them next time I need plumbing work.

Requested service on two leaking exterior spigots.  Was quoted >$750 for the job, which would have included cutting into drywall from behind to access the run of pipes.   This seemed high,  so investigated further to discover the problem was likely because a washer inside the spigot needed to be replaced.   After replacing the two washers (one per spigot), the leaks have stopped, and the only expense was a multipack of washers from the hardware store ($6.78 before tax).  Disappointed that no option other than the most invasive (and expensive) option was presented without even evaluating whether the faster and cheaper solution would have solved the problem.

Received great service from Brian King at Lake Cook Plumbing.  Called for service one afternoon, Brian arrived the following day.  He offered a quick solution to the problem, then performed a water test and commented on ways we could improve the condition of our well water.  Brian was extremely courteous, professional and helpful beyond the issue that necessitated the call for service.  Highly recommend Brian and his company for your service needs.

Had multiple issues that were resolved immediately by Jeremy from Lake Cook Plumbing. Prices are fair, the work done was solid and everyone on the team was very professional! Highly recommend!

Although the work was done properly, the prices were very high. Some laughable as a matter of fact. They replaced a leaking valve in my crawl space, replaced a wax ring on one my toilets and capped off a gas line from a grill I disconnected. $325 for replacing a valve in a crawl? That seems fair I have been under there. Ugly. Now comes the comedy. $363 to replace a toilet seal. They charged more for pulling the toilet than going under the house. Seriously? Toilet was 20 steps from the door. The gas line topped it off. The gas was already off. All they needed to do is unscrew a line and screw on a cap $145. No I do not recommend them. They did it in a hour and a half. No breakdown for parts and labor. Based on investigation, parts total was under $50. So you figure it out.

Mike was fantastic. He did a great job replacing the water heater, and cleaning up. Afterwards the piping looked neater and straigher than before. He noticed and fixed things I wasn't aware of. e.g. he re-adjusted the pitch of the vent above the new water heater because it had been sloping the wrong way, and replaced a coupling, neither of which he charged for. He also found that the sink faucet needed a new cartridge and showed me how to repace it, which  he didn't charge for. When dealing with gas it makes sense to use a professional. I have used Lake Cook for many years and appreciate their work.

What a great group to have repair my problem. When I called at 8:30 a.m. an actual person answered the phone. I think by 12:30 my pump was replaced and line repaired correctly. Mike B was the best! If anyone needs a plumbing service, Lake Cook is place to go!

Had plumber come out to estimate hooking a gas line to our pool heater - gave them $200 down payment (for 45 minutes of work) they returned and installed the gas line and charged another $358 (less than an hour's work).   Had another quote from a local plumber at less than $200 for all work - Will never use them again.  Called owner - he tried to say they charge by the 'job.'   Will never use or recommend them to any person in Lake Zurich or surrounding areas.

Our new water heater experienced a malfunction and required service on a Saturday. The company had an issue with their after hours number ringing through to a number not in service. This was quite frustrating. I was able to reach the company first thing Monday morning and the owner dispatched someone immediately. A small part was needed and replaced. Their service has been very prompt each time I've used them, but I have to ding them one star for the weekend of cold showers. I understand they have resolved the issue with their emergency number.

Our water heater began leaking on a Sunday so we called Lake Cook Plumbing.  Chris B came out 1 hour later and gave us an estimate for a new water heater plus he stayed longer to drain our old unit and then made it safe for the evening by turning the gas off on the unit.  Next day service to replace the water heater and a older valve.  Chris was very professional and answered all of our questions.  The total bill was higher than we expected but was in line with his previous estimate.  Great job by Chris, will use him again for future services.

Hi my name is Georgia Katsiavelos and I currently have a service agreement with Lake Cook Plumbing. I have been a customer of theres for over 7 years. On August 6, Phil from Lake cook came out to service my kitchen sink.  It was not draining properly.  He took the proper measures to rod it out and discovered that  was not the problem.  He later came out on August 11 and noticed that the pipe was not properly connected and locked.  It moved from its place and was the cause of the water not draining.  I had several plumbers from Lake Cook that came out in prior years and did not find that problem.  I was very happy with Phil because he got to the heart of the problem and properly repaired it like it should have been done years ago.  Other plumbers told me it was from grease or that not enough pressure from cold water was going down the drain and had me remove my water filter.  Phil was very professional and polite and fixed my problem.  I was very happy with his service and I will definitely ask for him in the future.

The technition, Mike E. was nice enough, but charged $177 diagnostic fee to tell me our shower needed to be resealed.  I had mentioned I thought the shower glass was leaking when he first arrived.  Basically, I was ripped off, and will not be calling Lake Cook Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

We had our water heater stop working and called them on a Sunday morning, they answered the phone call and were able to arrange to have their on-call service technician come out within a hour.  Their technician, Mike, was extremely professional and very knowledgeable.  He was able to diagnose the correct the problem quickly to get us back up and running.  He explained everything he did to correct the problem and also what may have caused it.  I also asked about the possibility of switching over to a new tankless water heater, he gave me his input and was able to generate a quote for this right on site which was immediately emailed to me.  I would highly recommend this company, great to experience professional service.

I needed work done in my kitchen and bathroom tub.  It took two trips because of parts availability (from the manufacturer and plumbing supply store) but everything was fixed and now working well.  Phillip was very good about communicating with me, my building and the store.  I'm glad it's all over and happy with the outcome.  I was also pleased with the conversations with Kim in the office who kept me up to date on scheduling.

Heard knocking upstairs behind walls in master bath when washing machine is on & when we turn on hot water in main bathroom. They came out twice and cost us $900.

After 2 guesses.Same problem still there but valves were upgraded. Hah!

We have used LC Plumbing several times before and have always very satisfied with the service.  Earlier today I called to set up an appointment to have a leaky pipe looked at.  Within 30 minutes Phillip was at our home and a few hours later the problem was fixed.  He went the extra mile by checking on our sump pump and labeling several important valves for our future reference...he even brought a few treats for our dog.  I would definitely use LC Plumbing again and will recommend it to others.

We live in a high-rise in Lincoln Park.  Our building's maintenance staff couldn't unclog a drain that had backed up in bathroom sink.  They had to call in the pros at Lake Cook Plumbing.

Phillip was the technician that came out to troubleshoot.  He was thorough and knowledgeable.  He explained everything to us very patiently and professionally as to his diagnosis of the problem, what might have caused it, and what he needed to do to solve it.  Did an all-around great job.  Very satisfied.

The plumber, Josh, investigated and found the problem right away. He was very thorough. The bill for this emergency service was very reasonable. They really helped us out and we are thankful.

I have a rust filter on my water line and the filter became very clogged and for whatever reason, simply would not release to change the filter.   Of course this meant that water was NOT flowing anywhere in my house.  Lake Cook was over in a flash and in less than `15 minutes the filter was freed, changed and I was back in business.  Good job and quickly attended to!

Hot water tank leaking badly. Called Lake Cook immediately. Got the number from the internet. They came out within a couple of hours. Guy was very polite and professional. He was able to give a quote in a very short amount of time. Price was more than fair. I had Hot water by the end of the day. Nice Hot Shower! Cleaned up their mess. Like they were never there. Very good service and professional work, but extremely expensive. Jeremy was polite, professional, and efficient.  After doing the math, subtracting parts cost, my services cost around $400 dollars an hour. They are good, but at that cost, I can't recommend them to anyone, and am unlikely to use their services in the future.

I thought the service call went well initially.  He told me I had water under sink, emptied the cabinet and wiped away the water.  He replaced the faucet and I assumed he fixed the leaks. Given what I thought an exorbitant cost, I was shocked to find later in the week that I had water in the cabinet!  Had to call a different plumber to come and fix the leak, which appeared to be easy to identify.  This second plumber was puzzled that any plumber would leave a known leak behind.

We were trying to decide between ABC and Lake Cook.

It was a great decision to use Lake Cook Plumbing.

What a relief to have a Master Plumber, Phil, who was open and honest about options for repairing our tub and sink drainage issues.

The work was done quickly, with excellent results (wife and daughters are gonna be real happy, when they get home) and a really fair price.

He went WAAAY beyond what was needed and checked out our sump pump, water softener and toilets - acknowledging what was working great (leave it alone) and what would soon need attention.

Note on ABC as an option - we had drain trouble. But ABC sent over a plumber who insisted we need to test the water for a whole house filtration system! Just fix the problem we asked about. NO,  he said this was more important and left.

That was really odd.

But we're past them now and are glad we have Lake Cook Plumbing as a resource that clearly can be trusted, with our best interests.
