  When it comes to finding a professional, experienced, highly knowledgeable Plumbers, look no further. When I scheduled, I've mentioned that the laundry sink is a cabinet and I need to have washer and dryer hooked up too, so 2 plumbers came out and did the installation in one afternoon. They installed a Zoeller sump pump, which is a professional grade and has wondrous reviews to last a long time. Plumber recommended to install a quiet check valve for the pump to minimize the noise. Great customer service from knowledgeable Plumbers. Thank you for the beautiful work! Photos before and after of now my beautiful laundry room 🤗

  Had a toilet installed months ago by another company and today I noticed a leak in the basement when flushing it. Called this place because reviews were good and some people mentioned fair pricing. Guy on phone quoted $225 for what he figured was removing the toilet, replacing the wax seal, then seating toilet and testing. Tech showed up promptly at 1pm and went to work. He saw that the issue was the flange needed an extension and he'd have to go get the part, but it would add $125 more on top of the existing cost. I agreed, because what else was I gonna do? Tech left maybe 15 min to get the part and came back. Was done and tested by 1:50. Job seems professionally done and he showed pics and stuff of the parts installed, even though toilet was mounted a bit crooked and then sealed so I can't straighten it (didn't notice until I went to use it later). My main issue is that the flange extension is a little plastic ring that costs maybe $30 when I checked online. Even if you say $50 for a super premium flange extension, that's $300 in labor costs for less than an hour's work. I don't know what plumbers cost on average, but $300 an hour seems pretty high. I appreciate the quick service, but you might want to shop around a bit more if you have a plumbing issue rather than go with the first place like I did.

  Alex with Aqua Pro did a great job of installing my new toilet. He kept the area clean and dry and not a single ding or scratch anywhere! I asked him to do a couple of other plumbing repairs while he was here and he didn't hesitate to be helpful. He even took my old toilet with him, so I didn't have to put it on the curb! He's a true professional....experienced, courteous, and keeps you updated on his arrival time (which I greatly appreciate). It's nice to see someone nowadays who has a great work ethic! Alex is not only a really nice guy, but does exceptional work! Needless to say, I highly recommend him!
