  What has happened with the ( Customer Service Values ) that businesses who provide a specialized service to help people in need. It's never a good to wake up with Septic Tank needs. It happens and I get it. Unfortunately it happens without warning. So I called yesterday for help, What I received was no help, no advice, make an appointment. Best they could do was 3 weeks. If only my Septic tank could have done the same for me. She provided excuses of why they couldn't. People remember businesses in time of need. Great services not price keeps loyal customers, not excuses. What else will the Covid 19 be blamed for. To think that a family can wait 3 weeks without household water or plumbing needs. They offered 1. No help, recommendations, or empathy 2. They offered no solutions or competitive help 3. There excuse was the Covid 19 I guess you know who I won't be calling for my new Septic tank purchase and plumbing needs. Very, Very, disappointed. Shocked they're still in business.

  2 stars because everyone was nice. However, paid $60 to have someone come out and pump our septic tank in our trailer. When my boyfriend came home that afternoon he checked the gauge and it said it was still 2/3 of the way full. Was not sure if something was wrong with the gauge or not, so we decided to keep an eye on it first before calling. Less than a week we noticed the tank was not fully pumped out. Called to see about someone coming out again to finish their job and they were going to make us pay again. She said it was because it would be considered another trip, but they told me they come out to our area every Tuesday anyway. I rarely leave reviews. We are good people and going through a rough time. It is very upsetting for us to pay $60 (when we are struggling) and the job doesn’t get done the first time but that they won’t come out and finish the job we paid them for.
