  Charged too much money for no work at all. Plumbers came in and did not stay more than 1hr but wanted to charge us for 2hrs. After some discussions, it went down to 1.5 hrs. While doing the work, plumbers constantly kept going to the van outside and taking a long time to come back in. They even drove off to pick up a "part" at our expenses because it was included on the time we need to pay for. Instead of looking for different ways that the issue could be repaired, the plumbers only tried one thing and kept spending a lot of time on it. Mentioning several times they DID NOT KNOW what was going on. Customer service was also not receptive on the phone and actually treated me rudely. It's very unfortunate that we have to pay a lot of money for literally no work done and a lot of time spent in the van. I wish things were done in an honest way and that we were taken care of as any honest business would do. We had good faith going with you guys and hoped for the best. But, I guess charging us quickly is more important than actually making the customer satisfied with an honest job.

  It’s been more then four years I’m using their services. Molly on desk , Randy for ac units , Chris for majority of plumbing is amazing. No problem little expensive but you get work done. I’m happy with them and will continue using them for any issues .

  Called on Feb 10th for a major water leak, was told it would be the next day sometime in the morning. 2.11.22 finally showed up around 430pm. . plumber went under the house saw the pipe spraying water. 30 mins later get told, that he can not touch it that a floor beam was on it. . The bill was 150.00 for an hour and a half of work. I've tried disputing the extra half and hour for 3 days now. I got told they charge from the minute they start getting there truck ready and drive time. The drive is only 5 minutes from us. Warning do not use them, they over charge their customers. Money paid and no work done.
