  Plumber Steve was very professional and well mannered. Replace a toliet and hot water tank after having to drive 60 + miles round trip for a water tank. Superior Plumbing unlike some of the other plumber's in the area. Was available for a emergency call out even though this company does not advertise this service. When it comes to pricing of services. Superior Plumbing was fair and above board about labor and material.

  work seems to have been done correctly, but the customer service was very poor on the plumber's side. Owner seemed nice and understanding when i called to let him know of the attitude I received and I did receive an apology from him. For some families it might be hard to come up with around 250 a day up front, no later billing allowed so my mother paid 475 in 2 days.
