  I was in a bit of an emergency with an active freshwater pipe leak outside my house. Koontz sent two very nice professionals to my home ASAP and they dug out and fixed the leak in no time. They even put everything back the way they found it. Excellent customer service. thank you.

  Very informative professional team who does commercial and residential work. The co-owner works in the field. I highly recommend Brian Koontz and Koontz Plumbing. They worked at my last house and did an excellent job at new-to-me home.

  Terrible terrible company! Inconsistent work habits on top of disrespectful employees. Work was not completed and job was extremely overpriced and drug out far to long. I would definitely recommend doing you're research before hiring them for residential plumbing. Unfortunately, if I could leave 0 star's I would.

  We have never worked for you and know that you are a family member of a former employee who did not leave on good terms. Your review and the review from your family member, Brandi Bollinger, both violate Google's policy on reviews and both reviews have been reported to Google. We are pursuing legal action in both cases.
